Waffen SS Grenadiers of the West Coast CHG 12th SS  HJ Division take a short rest during a lull in the fighting.

A Sherman tank returns fire on a German Panzerfaust team, as elements of the 4th armored division advance in the public battle. To cover his men, one of the Germans has thrown a hand grenade, captured at the top of the photograph. The Sherman cannon has been modified to fire blasts of propane, which is safer and cheaper than hand loaded blanks rounds.

The amount of work that goes into details like the instruction decal is amazing, and if any of these tank killers get a hit on a Sherman, their unit will allow them to wear the coveted tank destruction badge.
